Meet our founder

I'm here to stand up for small businesses and help you fight for the American Dream.

Hi, I’m Sam. I’m an immigrant—my parents came to the U.S. when I was a year and a half old and built a small business from nothing. My dad worked four jobs, my mom worked two, and they built a life through pure grit. 

Their biggest problem wasn’t the work, it was people. Finding the right people without getting screwed over. I saw how hard they worked, how much they gave, and how unfair the system can be for small business owners who just want a better life for their family and community.

That’s why I started Human Elements—to stand up for small businesses, to give them the support, systems, and people they need to do what big companies can, only better.
